2025 4th International Conference on Energy, Power and Electrical Technology (ICEPET 2025)successfully convened and held in Chengdu！
The 4th International Conference on Energy, Power and Electrical Technology (ICEPET 2025) was successfully held in Chengdu from April 25th to 27th, 2025. Hosted by Xihua University, the conference received technical support provided by IEEE and the IEEE Chengdu Section. It was co-organized by the School of Energy and Power Engineering, the School of Electrical Engineering and Electronic Information, and the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Xihua University, as well as the Key Laboratory of Fluid and Power Machinery of the Ministry of Education, the Key Laboratory of Fluid Machinery and Engineering of Sichuan Province, the Research Center for Hydroelectric Power and Power Equipment Technology of Sichuan Province, Overseas Chinese Federation, and the Academic Exchange Information Center (AEIC). In addition, invaluable support was extended by co-organizers including the University of Guelph (Canada), Sichuan Electric Power Association, Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering, Jinjiang College of Sichuan University, the Association of Chengdu Power Industry, Qinghai Institute of Technology, Chengdu Zheshengjia Technology Development Co., Ltd., and ChengduConcept Verification Center (New Energy System Intelligent Technology Industry Field).The conference focused on the frontier developments in the fields of energy, power, and electrical technology, and was conducted in a hybrid format combining both online and offline participation. It attracted nearly 100 universities worldwide and more than 200 experts and scholars.
2025年4月25至27日，2025年能源、电力与电气国际学术会议（ICEPET 2025）在成都圆满落幕。本次会议由西华大学主办，IEEE及IEEE成都分会提供技术支持，西华大学能源与动力工程学院、电气与电子信息学院、航空航天学院、流体及动力机械教育部重点实验室、流体机械及工程四川省重点实验室、四川省水电能源动力装备技术工程研究中心、西华大学侨联及 AEIC学术交流中心共同承办，并得到加拿大圭尔夫大学、四川省电力行业协会、四川省电机工程学会、四川大学锦江学院、成都电力行业协会、青海理工学院、成都市概念验证中心（新型电力系统智能技术产业领域）及成都哲晟嘉科技发展有限公司的大力支持。并由AiScholar艾思科蓝提供全流程技术服务保障。会议聚焦能源、电力与电气技术领域的前沿动态，通过线上线下结合的形式，吸引全球近百所高校的200余名专家学者参与。
On the morning of April 26, the opening ceremony was chaired by Associate Professor Li Zhang, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Fluid and Power Machinery (Ministry of Education) at Xihua University. Professor Xiaobing Liu, former Vice President of Xihua University and Director of the Key Laboratory, delivered the opening address. He emphasized the urgent need for technological innovation in the global energy transition and called for focused efforts on renewable energy development, smart grid optimization, and energy internet construction. He also affirmed the important role of the conference in promoting international academic cooperation. Distinguished guests attending the ceremony included Professor Qifeng Jiang, Dean of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Weimin Kuang, Deputy Secretary-General, Sichuan Electric Power Industry Association; Tong Zhang, Research Manager of the Survey and Statistics Department; and Tianxiang Hu from the Chengdu Concept Validation Center (New Energy System Intelligent Technology Industry Field).
4月26日上午，开幕式由西华大学流体及动力机械教育部重点实验室副主任张力副教授主持。西华大学原副校长、流体及动力机械教育部重点实验室主任刘小兵教授在致辞中强调，全球能源转型亟需技术创新，呼吁聚焦可再生能源开发、智能电网优化、能源互联网构建等核心方向，并肯定会议对推动国际学术合作的重要价值。西华大学航空航天学院院长江启峰教授、四川省电力行业协会副秘书长邝伟民、调研统计部课题研究管理张桐、成都市概念验证中心（新型电力系统智能技术产业领域）胡天湘等嘉宾出席开幕式。

The conference featured a rich agenda, with the afternoon parallel sessions equally exciting and fruitful. Two thematic parallel sessions in the afternoon were chaired by four chairs from Xihua University: Disheng Wang, Aimin Wang, Yaguang Heng, and Shengnan Yan. A total of 52 scholars from institutions including Zhejiang University, Sichuan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, South China University of Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, Southwest Petroleum University, Chengdu University of Technology, Qinghai University, Liaoning Technical University, Southwest Minzu University, and Xihua University presented oral reports. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics, creating a lively atmosphere for academic exchange.
本次会议议程丰富，下午分会场环节同样精彩纷呈。下午2个专题分会场由分会场主席西华大学王棣生、王爱民、衡亚光、闫盛楠等4位老师主持，来自浙江大学、四川大学、华中科技大学、华南理工大学、西南交通大学、西南石油大学、成都理工大学、青海大学、辽宁工程技术大学、西南民族大学、西华大学等52名学者进行口头报告分享。与会学者围绕前沿议题展开深度研讨，现场学术讨论热烈。
To recognize outstanding achievements, three categories of academic awards were established: Best Paper, Best Oral Presentation, and Best Poster. After rigorous evaluation by the organizing committee, five Best Paper Awards, eleven Best Oral Presentation Awards, and two Best Poster Awards were presented. These awards not only acknowledge the recipients’ academic excellence but also encourage the innovative spirit of all attendees.
为表彰先进，会议特设最佳论文、最佳口头报告及最佳海报展示三大类学术奖项。经过组委会的严格评审，共评选出最佳论文奖5项、最佳口头报告11项、最佳海报展示2项。这些奖项的颁发不仅是对获奖者学术成果的肯定，更是对全体与会学者创新精神的激励。
